Can you do repairs outside of your repair Zone?
Yes we can, but there will be a surcharge of minimum $20
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept After Pay, Cash, Bank Transfer, Eftpos and Credit Cards
How long does your repair service take?
Most of our basic repairs such as screen, battery and charging port replacements are done within 20-30 minutes
If the repair is likely to take more than that, we will inform you at the time of booking or when we have inspected the device
Where do you source replacement parts?
All our parts are sourced from China just as any other repair center in New Zealand. But we aim to purchase the best quality parts than others.
